SPA POLICIES

DEPOSITS: No Deposit Required. By signing our Spa Party Agreement you are acknowledging that the credit card you provide to secure each appointment will be charged in full for any and all late cancellations or no shows.

CANCELLATIONS: A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all group bookings.

TARDINESS/NO SHOWS: In order to effectively accommodate your group, your promptness is required and appreciated. We recommend that your group plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. We cannot guarantee appointments for party members arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment times. This is considered a no show/late cancellation. If time allows, the client will have the option of accepting an abbreviated version of the scheduled service at no discount. In which case, the service will not be extended past the original end time, so as not to delay other guests awaiting services. No same day changes will be permitted.
